Talking Chemical

Today, we are talking about chemical stress. From our water and food to the air we breathe in and industrial waste โ€“ it is all around us. Have you ever been looking at the ingredients in a packaged food and noticed a word you cannot pronounce? Chances are that it is a chemical! Try it. Pick up a packaged food around you, look at the ingredients, and count how many you do not recognize or cannot pronounce. Scary, huh?

Even in our water supply, there are chemicals. Chlorine and fluoride are two of the most common. There really is no way to escape chemicals! What can we do, though? Reduce them.

How can we reduce our chemical intake?

One small change that everyone can make is to simply stop polluting. If we work to stop polluting, we can make a large difference in how convoluted the air is around us. Another slight alteration we can make in our daily lives is replacing processed foods with fresh produce.
