The Power of Thought
The final workshop in the WELLNESS series is here. Dr. Jack will cover the health promoting and illness preventing benefits of positive mental attitude and congruent belief systems. Promoting self esteem, inner peace, and happiness and reducing stress by developing belief systems and behaviors that are congruent with your core values.
Dr. Jack will also talk about why behavior modification does not work and keeps people from reaching their goals, but how changing current belief systems can keep you right on track!
