The Power of Thought
The final workshop in the WELLNESS series is here. Dr. Jack will cover the health promoting and illness preventing benefits of positive mental attitude and congruent belief systems. Promoting self esteem, inner peace, and happiness and reducing stress by developing belief systems and behaviors that are congruent with your core values.
Dr. Jack will also talk about why behavior modification does not work and keeps people from reaching their goals, but how changing current belief systems can keep you right on track!

Our Technology:
At Family First Chiropractic Wellness Center we utilize the latest in state-of-the-art nerve scan technology to determine precisely where your nerve system may be experiencing interference. Through an individual program of education and gentle and specific chiropractic adjustments we can correct spinal misalignments (subluxations) and improve the body's innate healing abilities. Without this interference, overall wellness is maintained and improved.
The Insight Subluxation Station: The Insight Subluxation Station offers a method of chiropractic assessment known as electromyography or Surface EMG. This method is backed by a wealth of scientific evidence including controlled studies and clinical trials.
Custom Foot Orthotics: An 'orthotic' is a device designed to restore your natural foot function. Many 'biomechanical' (walking) complaints such as heel pain, knee pain and lower back pain are caused by poor foot function. Orthotics re-align the foot and ankle bones to their neutral position, thereby restoring natural foot function. In turn this helps alleviate problems in other parts of the body. In addition, orthotics give a more even weight distribution, taking pressure of sore spots (e.g. the ball of the foot, corns in between toes, bunions, etc.) and they provide some shock absorption.

At Family First Chiropractic Wellness Center we believe education is the key to making the shift to a healthier lifestyle. That's why we offer free general health education and awareness workshops to businesses and community organizations through our Community Outreach Program.
Our objective is simple; to educate and promote healthy lifestyle choices and the positive affects of health and wellness. Our plan is to safeguard the health of our community one healthy habit at a time.
